While everything is going well during transportation, additional fees (such as calling an external elevator, removing doors and windows) arising from problems that may occur such as the product not fitting on the stairs, not passing through the doors of apartments and apartments, and the product not fitting into the elevator or freight elevator are borne by the customer. Since the extra transactions arising during the delivery are not processed on your order form, the fees that will arise from the extra transactions belong to the customer. Our transportations are free up to the 3rd floor, and for the 4th floor and higher floors, it is subject to an extra transportation fee per floor of the product. Also, if our vehicles cannot approach the front of the building, an additional fee may be charged for the transportation distance between them.
